Hello everyone! As I'm sure you probably know about right now, I have started a group called the Crystal Plagiarism Fighters. I am the leader of this group.

This group, as the name implies, is a group that operates missions to stop and remove plagiarised work from dA.

This journal is a sort of quick intro to the group.

RULES OF THE GROUP/JOINING

If you wish to join, you must be willing to participate in missions, big and small, to stop plagiarism. You must also always be on the lookout for plagiarism and alert me if you find any.

If you are initiated into th CPF Army, you must do the following:
Please put me on watch so that you can hear about the latest missions.
Also place the following in your signature:

There are some rules to this group. When you are assigned a mission, please do not go picking fights. Please be polite and use the messages I will provide to you to send people.

If you are unable to carry out a mission, please let me know. I will find another operative to do the job.

Occasionally, some people will be quite curmudgeonly about our efforts. If someone refuses to comply with what we request, please message me and I will see if I can reason with them. (Remember, we want to do our missions peacefully and without flames or insult matches...)

MISSIONS

There are five kinds of missions:

1. Locate plagiarism- This mission is on at all times, but you do not have to look for it 24/7. In other words, if you happen to find a piece, let us know. We don't want you guys wasting your entire lives away looking for plagiarism. Just let stuff find you. But if you really want to go searching, go right on ahead. Just don't overwork yourself.

2. Investigation Missions- This type of mission involves a few agents poking around trying to make sure that a piece is plagiarized. The point of this mission is to find proof that the piece was stolen without permission. This mission involves a small number of people, but is very important. We don't want ot falsely accuse someone of plagiarism.

3. Alert missions- These missions involve alerting all the people who favorited/collected a plagiarised piece and letting them know about the art theft. This involves polite requests to remove pieces from favorites/collections. These missions can be either big or small, so the number of agents needed will vary. This involves (on some missions) extreme organization, and I will place a special journal up to find available soldiers so that we can organize into groups.

4. Report Missions: This is a mission which small groups can handle. Only two or three people are needed for such missions. This involves finding a plagiarised piece, finding the original, and reporting the piece so that it may be taken down. This also involves leaving comments on the piece (polite, please) alerting the other deviants that the piece is plagiarised and not to favorite it.
*When leaving the comments on the piece, reply to whoever has the first visible comment. This ensures that deviants have a better chance of seeing the warning.

5. Attack Missions: This mission involves getting any available agents to report all the pieces a person has submitted. We only start these when we are SURE that either all or most of their pieces are stolen. Agents must split up and work to find the originals of pieces, and report them all. This usually ends up in the banning of a deviant, if they have submitted a lot of stolen work.

Some mission types tend to go hand-in-hand.

LOOKOUT LIST
The lookout list is a list of banned deviants who have the possibility of simply re-creating a new account to continue stealing art on dA. We will add names rarely, since not many banned deviants continue the behavior after punishment has been given.

1. !mexicanjewishjesus: A deviant who steals large amounts of art, draws one or two lines over it, and then claims it as his own. Tends to rant inanely about how humans are all "blind sheep" that lack originality and are tools for politicians and big corporate heads, etc. He has been banned twice, once from a former account (whose data was lost when !mexicanjewishjesus' account was banned) and one from this account. There is a possibility he will return.

The bigger our chain of fighters gets, the more likely we are of getting rid of plagiarists for good!
